Our morning started with a broken tooth and yet this amazing resilient kid is still smiling, stealing my phone and taking selfies reminding everyone to smile and shine bright! #hurricaneheffners
So, I made the mistake last night of telling David that tomorrow he gets to hang in the man cave aka garage with Daddy while he grills. This boy was up at 2:30 this morning and by 7am he was asking for garage. His excitement got the best of him and he couldn’t wait to get outside! Needless to say it was a little touch n go all morning until I told him I would take him outside until Dad had the meat prepped. The giggles and smiles on this boy’s face while he played in the snow made me forget all about our rough morning. To say he loves the outdoors is an understatement. Happy Sunday Funday from our family to yours! #SundayFunday #SnowyAdventures #HurricaneHeffners
Merry Christmas! 🎄
TODAY’S ADVENTURES IN SCRIPTING:
Today was supposed to be one of my days to drop off Allayna which means I’d have been long out the door by now. However, we often have to pivot and today was a pivot. Drew took Allayna and I got some extra snuggles with this guy before it’s time to get him ready for school and out the door to work myself. Soaking up the moments he still asks for “Mama sit on couch” and that I can enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch vs in a to go tumbler on my way out the door 💕 #ThankfulForTheLittleThings #HurricaneHeffners
We’re in our hotel room last night getting ready for bed and David is negotiating bedtime.
